Juan Sequeda is the co-founder and Executive Director of Semantic Web Austin and a graduate student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on enabling the integration of relational databases to the Web of Linked Data. He is an invited expert on the W3C RDB2RDF Working Group, where they are working on creating a standard mapping language to integrated relational databases with RDF.
Juan has been an invited research at the Artificial Intelligence department of the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. He is also a technical advisor for Smartbridge, a Swiss startup.
